Mill House
A truly unique property rich in history, 5-bed Mill House has amazing vaulted ceilings with exposed timbers dating back to 1765. The random stone exterior features arrow slits and a huge double height feature barn window.
Internally the open-plan ground floor provides a lovely space for families to be able to cook and relax without being separated from the rest of the family. With the added benefit of being able to link to The Byre this creates even further space, giving accommodation for 22 guests.
Upstairs the lovely galleried landing leads to 2 en-suite bedrooms with a further 2 sharing a large house bathroom.
Outside a private garden and hot tub, provides a lovely South facing space for an evening drink and BBQ. The garden can link with The Byre if both properties are let together.

Guests at Mill House have shared use of the Birdforth indoor heated swimming pool and can be reserved on a rosta basis. If you've got kids they'll love it!

Guests have use of our wood fired Igneus pizza oven. We provide fire lighters, kindling and logs to have an amazing pizza experience.

Mill House is linked to neighbouring The Byre and the two properties can be rented together giving a total of 9-bedrooms, ideal for large gatherings.

Mill House has a log burning stove, guaranteed to warm you up on a cold winter evening. A complimentary basket of dry logs is included in the price of your stay.
